We tend to deal with the physical aspects of keeping ourselves healthy and ignore the emotional dimension - our thoughts and feelings, even our spirits, our soul. Yet, in light of the new knowledge about emotions and the psychosomatic network, it's obvious that they, too, are a part of our responsibility in managing our health. By getting in touch with our emotions, both by listening to them and by directing them through the psychosomatic network, we gain access to the healing wisdom that is everyone's natural biological right.
We carry suppressed emotions from the past. When we clear these "toxic" emotions, it frees up energy and brings a state of well-being.
"The goal is to keep information flowing, feedback systems working, and natural balance maintained, all of which can help to prevent disease and maximize health. Moving to a state of consciousness can intervene at the level of our molecules and make significant changes in our physiology." (Reference to "Molecules of Emotion" by Candace B. Per, Ph.D.)
“Often when we heal the emotional belief systems, the physical manifestations of disease dissipate." Pam Robinson "The Bright Red Bow"
